Upload any photo and pick a style — we generate a preview at no cost, with no account and no card. You only pay if you decide to order a download or a canvas print.
What makes a good source photo?+
A sharp, well-lit photo where faces are clearly visible and not too small in the frame. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, and motion blur. Phone photos work great.
Why does my result look a little off?+
AI generation depends heavily on the source photo. If something looks odd, try a photo with better lighting, a closer crop of the subject, or a different style — regenerating is free within your daily limit.
How long does generation take?+
Usually 30 to 60 seconds. If it takes longer, your connection may have dropped — just try again.
Can I try more than one style?+
Yes — switch styles and regenerate as many times as you like, up to 10 free previews per day. Need more? Just email info@picturetoportraits.com and we'll happily raise your limit.
What can I do with my preview?+
Download the free preview as-is, buy the high-resolution print-ready file, or order it as a gallery canvas shipped to your door.
How long do production and shipping take?+
Canvas prints are typically produced within 2–4 business days, then ship in another 3–6 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of purchase, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?+
Your confirmation page updates automatically as your order moves through production and shipping, and includes a tracking link once it ships.
What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?+
Contact us with your order number and a photo of any damage — we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. Lost shipments are replaced at no charge.
